1 c. Freshies Hot Mary Bloody Mary Mix
4 Garlic Cloves, coarsely chopped
1 c. Green Onions, chopped
1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
1 T. Salt, 2 t. sugar
1 t. Freshly Ground Pepper
1 Anaheim Pepper, coarsely chopped
1 16 oz. Can Tomatillos, whole
1 c. Red Onion, chopped
4 Fresh Tomatoes, medium-sized, diced
1 c. Cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 Fresh Jalapenos, diced
Combine tomatillos, Bloody mix, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in blender (make sure to drain water off tomatillos). Combine garlic and cilantro in food processor. Pulse until almost fine. Mix garlic/cilantro into blender concoction. Let sit. In a separate bowl, blend green onions, tomatoes, and red onions together.
Pour blender mixture over fresh ingredients in bowl. Fold into each other. Pulse Anaheim and jalapeno peppers in food processor (twice, for 3 seconds per pulse). Mix into bowl with other ingredients. Take one cup out of bowl and liquefy in blender. Fold back into remaining salsa.
