Freshies mixes use fresh vegetables and herbs instead of concentrates and dried ingredients.  They don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors.  They are the only mixes out of a bottle that contain the same components of a mix you would make at home.  They also have a couple of ingredients that you won't find in any other mixes: freshly shaved horseradish, dijon mustard, fresh dill, fresh pepper mash, fresh lime juice, and fresh lemon juice, just to name a few.
